Terms of Service

Plain-language version. Read once, then get back to your sermon. Effective April 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of PulpitSpark (the "Service"), accessed at pulpitspark.com. By subscribing or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

PulpitSpark is a subscription tool that helps you draft sermon-thread outlines from a scripture passage, topic, or occasion. The outlines are generated and displayed in your private workspace. You control what you do with them.

We do not guarantee that every generated thread will be theologically correct, exegetically complete, or suitable for your congregation. You are the preacher. We are a drafting aid. Review what you preach.

2. Subscription and payment

3. Your account

One account per person. Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your login. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, email [email protected] and we'll help you lock it down.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use PulpitSpark to:

We can terminate accounts that violate these rules. We'll refund any unused time if we do.

5. Your content

The threads you generate remain yours. You can preach them, adapt them, publish them, or delete them. We claim no copyright over your output and don't republish it. We also don't train any AI on your prompts — see our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service availability

We aim for continuous uptime but don't guarantee it. Occasional maintenance, provider outages (AI, payment, hosting), and unforeseen issues happen. We'll do our best to communicate when something's down.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Use it with discernment.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make substantive changes, we'll email existing subscribers before they take effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

10. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, access ends and we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
