A real person reads every email. Usually the same day.PulpitSpark is small on purpose. There's no support queue, no ticketing system, no form that routes your question to a chatbot that asks if you've tried restarting your browser.
If you write, it lands in a mailbox that one of us opens. Most replies go out within a day — often within an hour, depending on what time you send.
Some things pastors write to us about
- A sermon thread came back wrong — or remarkably right — and you want to tell us about it.
- Your subscription, payment, or billing question — we'll help sort it.
- A preaching voice you wish existed. We ship one every few months; the next could be yours.
- A topic or passage that should be anchored and isn't yet.
- A bug, a typo, a UI snag. Small things add up.
- You preached a thread on Sunday and it landed. We love those emails.
What we're not
We're not pastoral counsel. We can't weigh in on congregational conflict, denominational questions, or what you should preach this Sunday. What we can do is help the tool serve you better.
